Build your own RUKSAK STARTER PAK to get started rucking. Included in the bundle is our original Aussie designed RUKSAK with rain cover and padded waist belt for added stability plus a hydration pak and your choice of RUKBRIKS.

Product Information

RUKSAK is the perfect training partner for strength and cardio, designed for comfort and durability. Made from premium 1000D Cordura fabric with 10mm EVA padding, it features YKK zippers and comes with a 3-year warranty.

The backpack includes a water-resistant Rain Coat, space for up to 15x 1kg RUKBRIKS, hydration, and personal items. It also has a secret pocket for valuables, padded handles for home workouts, and multiple MOLLE webbing rows for attaching fitness bands. Strategically placed mounting points ensure safe hydration and laptop storage.

Shipping Information

Shipping costs are determined by weight of your order:

1KG-4KG = $15
5KG - 10KG = $25
11KG - 20KG = $35
21KG - 32KG = $50
33KG and above = POA

We fulfil orders during business hours and work to get all orders out within 1-2 business days of ordering (depending on order volumes).

Once it leaves our factory, it's the carrier and the distance of you from Castle Hill NSW or Malaga WA that will dictate the shipping times, but 2-5 days from ordering to you is the norm.

How do I choose the right size and weight?

Because our products are designed for walking, it is about selecting the right weight versus size.

We recommend that those new to rucking aim to carry between 5% and 10% of their current body weight to start.

One item that is size specific is the Waist Belt accessory for RUKSAK. Waist belts come in two adjustable sizes. The MINI adjusts from XXS to M and the MAXI from L to 3XL.

Great backpack for rucking ;-)

Has all you need - hydration / chest and waist straps / slots to load up weights / rain cover. Very study and comfortable with 15kg of weights.

Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!! I decided to add rucking to my regular training routine. This pack fits comfortably on your back and the straps prevent any pressure from being felt on your shoulders. The ability to add 1kg incremental weight is great for just starting out and ensures longevity with the product.

Great quality and concept

The bag is great and the ability to fine tune weights is genius. As a heavy guy, I was worried that it would be too light given I’ve lost more weight off my body recently than the 15kg that came with the bag, but as a newbie to rucking it’s definitely a tough workout with even 9kg in the bag plus water etc. so there’s plenty of space to grow in strength yet.

Fantastic Rucking Backpack

I wasn't sure what to expect from the Ruksak backpack but it's so comfortable and easy to use. So far I've put 3 bricks in it (am slowly increasing the weight) and can already notice a difference in my strength and overall fitness. There are lots of adaptable straps, pockets and the indivdual sections that carry the bricks are brilliant as they distribute the weight evenly. Such a great product!
