Span Health Pty Ltd Warranty Terms

At Span Health Pty Ltd (ACN 676 039 366) ("Span Health” or “RUKSAK” or “RUKVEST”’), we believe in all our products. So much so that we are providing the first warranty of rucking products that we’ve been able to find anywhere in Australia.

Our Warranty - RUKSAK

If you buy a RUKSAK from our site and use your RUKSAK in accordance with the care instructions, we’ll back our product with a replacement warranty for thirty six (36) months from your date of purchase.

The Process

Please contact us first at team@ruksak.com letting us know what’s happened (include pictures if possible).
If we believe that our RUKSAK hasn’t stood up to our high standards and you’ve cared for it in accordance with our care instructions:

We will either repair your damaged RUKSAK free of charge, or send you a replacement RUKSAK; and
You’ll just need to return your RUKSAK to us using the return shipping label we’ll send you.

Our Warranty - RUKVEST

If you buy a RUKVEST from our site and use your RUKVEST in accordance with the care instructions, we’ll back our product with a replacement warranty for twelve (12) months from your date of purchase.

The Process

Please contact us first at team@ruksak.com letting us know what’s happened (include pictures if possible).
If we believe that our RUKVEST hasn’t stood up to our high standards and you’ve cared for it in accordance with our care instructions:

Send you a replacement RUKVEST; and
You’ll just need to return your RUKVEST to us using the return shipping label we’ll send you.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Australian Consumer Law provides guarantees to consumers when they purchase goods and these guarantees cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. These consumer guarantees are different to, and separate from, this warranty, which is given voluntarily by Span Health.

This warranty applies in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law.

2. Except as required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), this warranty will only apply in respect of our products:

(a) where they have been maintained or used in accordance with Span Health instructions or any other specifications provided; and

(b) where damage or defects has not been caused by deliberate or negligent misuse.

3.Span Health determination of the process detailed above and our warranty is absolute and final.

4. Except as required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), Our liability under this warranty will not exceed the purchase price of your Span Health product or the replacement of the goods with the same or a similar product.

Repurposing

At Span Health we believe in giving everything a new life and purpose.

All returned goods will be used for events that we run to introduce people to rucking and a better way to exercise.
