Traded up vests are cleaned and added to demo stock for RUKCLUBS and corporate events. By taking part you are contributing to a circular economy and helping to extend the lifecycle of the products.
STEP 1
Package up your RUKVEST with an note containing your name, email and if possible your original order number.

Once we have your parcel we will email you a unique discount code that gets you $80 off your upgrade purchase plus a code for free shipping.

RUKSAK Trade-Up Scheme Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
- The Trade-Up Scheme is available to customers who have previously purchased a RUKVEST and wish to upgrade to a heavier RUKVEST or a RUKSAK.
2. Trade-Up Process
- Step 1: Package your RUKVEST along with a note containing your name, email address, and, if possible, your original order number.
- Step 2: Mail the package to: RUKSAK TRADE UP 2/85 Toowoon Bay Road, Toowoon Bay NSW 2261
- Step 3: Upon receipt and verification of your returned RUKVEST, we will email you a unique discount code worth $80 off your upgrade purchase, plus free shipping.
3. Discount Code Details
- The discount code is valid for purchases of heavier RUKVEST models or RUKSAK Starter Packs and excludes accessories.
- The code is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be used within 90 days from the date of issue.
4. Condition of Returned Items
- Returned RUKVESTs must be in good condition, with no significant damage or defects.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the RUKVEST back to us.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
6. General Conditions
- This offer is limited to one trade-up per RUKVEST purchased by the customer.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Trade-Up Scheme at any time without prior notice.
