The Ruksak works great, exactly as described. The weight bricks sit firmly inside and can be positioned in so many ways. The weight sits tight against my back, nothing moves that shouldn't. Rucking is harder than it sounds, it's a good workout.

My RukSak fits snugly around my hips and I love that I have control over what weight I’ll Ruck with each session.
The BackPack sits comfortably on my shoulders and being a small female that mattered. I also purchased the hydration pack and that has been so helpful on my long hikes. 5 stars from me.

The bag is comfortable and makes it feel effortless to carry the weight. It's easy to wipe down and keep clean and because i can choose the weight per kg, I can easily downgrade or up the weight depending on how I am feeling.

I’ve had my RUKSAK rucking backpack for about a year now, and to be honest, it’s rarely left my back.

Whether I’m rucking, hiking, jogging, travelling around Australia, or heading overseas, it goes everywhere with me. It’s incredibly comfortable, sits snug against your back, and moves naturally with your body, even when loaded with weight.

What I love most is that it doesn’t sacrifice practicality. There’s plenty of room for everyday essentials, a laptop, and your ruck plates, so it doubles as both a quality travel backpack and a purpose-built training pack. Most people wouldn’t even realise you’re carrying extra weight.

The build quality is exceptional, and it’s hands down the best weighted backpack I’ve owned.

To top it off, the team at RUKSAK are genuine legends, always happy to answer questions, whether it’s about the backpack itself or rucking and fitness in general.

I gain a lot of benefit towards my running training by walking in and back from work every day to help reset my posture, floss the joints, and release muscle tension. I have seen a great benefit by adding extra weight to help strengthen my bones and muscles, which in turn helps me with injury prevention.

Has all you need - hydration / chest and waist straps / slots to load up weights / rain cover. Very study and comfortable with 15kg of weights.

Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!! I decided to add rucking to my regular training routine. This pack fits comfortably on your back and the straps prevent any pressure from being felt on your shoulders. The ability to add 1kg incremental weight is great for just starting out and ensures longevity with the product.

The bag is great and the ability to fine tune weights is genius. As a heavy guy, I was worried that it would be too light given I’ve lost more weight off my body recently than the 15kg that came with the bag, but as a newbie to rucking it’s definitely a tough workout with even 9kg in the bag plus water etc. so there’s plenty of space to grow in strength yet.

I wasn't sure what to expect from the Ruksak backpack but it's so comfortable and easy to use. So far I've put 3 bricks in it (am slowly increasing the weight) and can already notice a difference in my strength and overall fitness. There are lots of adaptable straps, pockets and the indivdual sections that carry the bricks are brilliant as they distribute the weight evenly. Such a great product!

Excellent quality, very sturdy, very comfortable

Ok, well I’ve had my RukSak Hiking Pak for a while now but wanted to wait a bit before I reviewed it so I could really give it a good amount of use, and so, a more accurate review.
First off, the founder of RukSak, Adam, took the time to meet up with me in person, I just happened to be visiting friends on the Central Coast, and I wanted to try on a RukSak before I purchased one.
He was bloody helpful and a really great bloke so that’s a big plus in my book, and, very importantly, he came across as someone that’s really passionate about his business and really wants us, his customers, to be happy with his product.
Secondly I can 100% reassure you that these things are extremely well made. Tough as all hell but still very comfortable, thanks to extra padding and the belt (which I highly recommend)
Thirdly having the ability to adjust your weight in 1 kg increments is just bloody genius. You can slowly and safely add more weight as you get fitter and your body gets accustomed to walking with a weighted back pack.
Finally I just can’t find anything to complain about!!!
It’s a great product, very well made and easy to use.

Yes, they are not cheap, but …..what price do you put on good health?
And these RukSaks are so well made and tough that they will last a lifetime.

I purchased the Ruksak Starter Pak , with 12 Kg weights and Hydration pak - still to use this
All of the Ruksak products are well designed and well made, straps were well padded , even the packaging was first class
When the belt is integrated with the Ruksak, you do not even notice that you are wearing the Ruksak. You will need to follow the "How to " instructions to fit the belt correctly
I started carrying with only 3 kg and will work my way up. You do notice the workout on your legs/calves as well as the cardio workout, so you may need to consult a professional if you have had issues with your knees etc
While the prices are high, you are paying for a quality product. You wouldn't want the weights to dislodge from the Ruksak during Rukercise
Also Adam was very helpful and I was able to pick up the product from Gosford

I'm really enjoying my walks with my new Ruksak. I love how I can adjust the weights 1kg at a time and increase as I need. Super comfortable and sturdy.

I love the convenience of being able to grab my Ruksak everytime I walk the kids to school, take the dogs for a walk or a walk after dinner. The fact that I am maximising the benefit of my walks just being wearing a weighted ruck is so good.
I am about 100kgs and carry 13kgs. When I start out other than noticing the weight on my back it is pretty easy but by the time I return I can definitely feel the impact on my legs and glutes. Great job Ruksak

Lovely bag, especially with the waist belt. Very comfortable although I still find myself gripping at the backpack straps when the rucking gets harder.
