Really enjoying my 5-7km walks and felt the benefits from the get-go
I thought 8kg would have been plenty for my 47kg frame but already am contemplating getting myself an 11kg vest

I bought the 5 kilo back in June 2025 after using this for 6 months I needed more of a challenge so I bought the 8 kilo which has been challenging but great. This way I can lend my 5 kilo one to a friend if they are up for hikes. I often do 10 k plus hikes & the vest always comes with me!!

Got this as I’m 42 and have osteopenia, so I need to strengthen my bones. Weighted walking is a great way to do that!

I have worn my Rukvest on a few walks of around the 10 km range. I have generally been happy with thevest though it isn't fully comfortable with small amount of rubbing. Nevertheless, so far, I'm happy wioth my purchase.

My first Ruksak. The 5Kg weight is perfect for starting out and fits like a glove, given the adjustable straps. Looks good too. I would highly recommend this to those looking for extra strength from workouts or developing extra bone strength while walking.

The actual vest is extremely well manufactured and I have zero reservations about its longevity. The vest fits perfectly to the contour of my body, and is very comfortable to wear.
