It fits very snugly and is adjustable. I did add a strap from the back to the front clips to stop it bouncing when I am using the rebounder but it's not really necessarily even for jogging.
Recently started using my weighted vest after having it sit in its box for a little while.
Nice and comfortable. Easy to adjust arm and chest strap.
Been so far wearing it for some treadmill walks with a bit of dancing thrown in to make it less boring and don’t feel it restricts my arm movements at all.
Doesn’t smell rubbery or anything.
Nice solid construction. Definitely doesn’t appear like I’ll have any issues long term with it lasting.
I bought the 11kg vest as I am a big man starting off reasonably slow walking 2 km per day after I do a 3 km with mydog vest free. I find thevest very comfortable and easy to put on and off. The gel does conform to your body. Buying a lighter one for my wife next.
Great 5kg addition to my daily walk. It is extremely comfortable to wear, much better than I expected. I am 55 with knees that are not up for running anymore but this has been a great way to raise the heart rate just walking. I love the easiness of it! Great piece of kit.

The Ruksak works great, exactly as described. The weight bricks sit firmly inside and can be positioned in so many ways. The weight sits tight against my back, nothing moves that shouldn't. Rucking is harder than it sounds, it's a good workout.
As a woman with a larger bust (the sort that requires shopping at specialist bra stores), the Rukvest design is good but not great. The chest strap cuts across my bust in a way that isn't entirely comfortable. If the straps were an inch higher, it would be perfect. The lower edges on the back also dig in a little when worn as a close-fitting vest. I'd recommend cautiously, but only to people with a more slender frame and bust. It's not designed with every body in mind.

Love this weighted vest. Its so comfortable to wear wether you are out hiking or doing your chores of daily life. Highly recommend this vest if you are wanting to add weight to your exercuse regime without adding bulky equipment to your body. Excellent quality and very professional customer-service.
Probably should have started with the 5kg but was worried about previous back issues. Can walk 5+ km with the 3kg no problems. I do experience benefits with the 3kg, according to my Garmin. Will step up to 5kg very soon.

So comfortable and easy to wear. Worth every cent if you are thinking it is pricey. It’s a great way to get your heart rate up when you can’t run anymore (55 female with knee issues) I walk daily up to 8km and have noticed a drastic improvement, in my heart rate and also not having to hold the hand rail when going up and down stairs. Love it and love the trade in scheme. My daughter (a runner) has used it a couple of times and even she says it’s comfortable.
Perfect weighted vest for my height 166cm - the vest is a little big around the shoulders -width wise - but otherwise very very comfortable - easy to maintain and dries very fast - no lingering smells etc. Highly recommend. I used to run 13km every day, however, due to knee issues I have to walk more ofter - this weighted vest makes up for the lack of running.

I wear my vest every morning when I walk my dog. It’s easy to adjust and a great way to work up a sweat 😊 when the weather cools down I’ll be wearing it on my arvo walks too!

I bought the 5 kilo back in June 2025 after using this for 6 months I needed more of a challenge so I bought the 8 kilo which has been challenging but great. This way I can lend my 5 kilo one to a friend if they are up for hikes. I often do 10 k plus hikes & the vest always comes with me!!
