Please note we have been advised by Direct Freight and Couriers Please that there will be temporary closure to some of their operational facilities due to Cyclone Alfred.

Shipping Rates
We charge a flat rate of $25 per order shipping fee.
We fulfil orders during business hours and work to get all orders out within 1-2 business days of ordering (depending on order volumes).
Once it leaves our factory, it's the carrier and the distance of you from Castle Hill NSW or Malaga WA that will dictate the shipping times, but 2-5 days from ordering to you is the norm.

How do I choose the right size and weight?
Because our products are designed for walking, it is about selecting the right weight versus size.
We recommend that those new to rucking aim to carry between 5% and 10% of their current body weight to start.
One item that is size specific is the Waist Belt accessory for RUKSAK. Waist belts come in two adjustable sizes. The MINI adjusts from XXS to M and the MAXI from L to 3XL.
What materials are your products made of?
Our RUKSAK’s are masterfully constructed using premium Cordura fabrics, 10mm EVA padding, 3mm Thermo Plates and premium YKK zippers, buckles and sliders.

Ok, well I’ve had my RukSak Hiking Pak for a while now but wanted to wait a bit before I reviewed it so I could really give it a good amount of use, and so, a more accurate review.
First off, the founder of RukSak, Adam, took the time to meet up with me in person, I just happened to be visiting friends on the Central Coast, and I wanted to try on a RukSak before I purchased one.
He was bloody helpful and a really great bloke so that’s a big plus in my book, and, very importantly, he came across as someone that’s really passionate about his business and really wants us, his customers, to be happy with his product.
Secondly I can 100% reassure you that these things are extremely well made. Tough as all hell but still very comfortable, thanks to extra padding and the belt (which I highly recommend)
Thirdly having the ability to adjust your weight in 1 kg increments is just bloody genius. You can slowly and safely add more weight as you get fitter and your body gets accustomed to walking with a weighted back pack.
Finally I just can’t find anything to complain about!!!
It’s a great product, very well made and easy to use.

Yes, they are not cheap, but …..what price do you put on good health?
And these RukSaks are so well made and tough that they will last a lifetime.
I purchased the Ruksak Starter Pak , with 12 Kg weights and Hydration pak - still to use this
All of the Ruksak products are well designed and well made, straps were well padded , even the packaging was first class
When the belt is integrated with the Ruksak, you do not even notice that you are wearing the Ruksak. You will need to follow the "How to " instructions to fit the belt correctly
I started carrying with only 3 kg and will work my way up. You do notice the workout on your legs/calves as well as the cardio workout, so you may need to consult a professional if you have had issues with your knees etc
While the prices are high, you are paying for a quality product. You wouldn't want the weights to dislodge from the Ruksak during Rukercise
Also Adam was very helpful and I was able to pick up the product from Gosford
I'm really enjoying my walks with my new Ruksak. I love how I can adjust the weights 1kg at a time and increase as I need. Super comfortable and sturdy.
My RukSak fits snugly around my hips and I love that I have control over what weight I’ll Ruck with each session.
The BackPack sits comfortably on my shoulders and being a small female that mattered. I also purchased the hydration pack and that has been so helpful on my long hikes. 5 stars from me.
I love the convenience of being able to grab my Ruksak everytime I walk the kids to school, take the dogs for a walk or a walk after dinner. The fact that I am maximising the benefit of my walks just being wearing a weighted ruck is so good.
I am about 100kgs and carry 13kgs. When I start out other than noticing the weight on my back it is pretty easy but by the time I return I can definitely feel the impact on my legs and glutes. Great job Ruksak
