Exchanges

If you’ve chosen a weight that’s not quite right for you, or you’ve simply changed your mind, you may be eligible for an exchange. To discuss, please contact us at team@ruksak.com.

To process your exchange, the item must be returned to us at your own expense with its original packaging and product tags attached. It must be unused, unwashed, and free from animal hair, sand, dirt, or any other marks.

We’re happy for you to try the item on, but it cannot have been worn for a ruck, a workout or around the house – it needs to be returned in the original packaging in resalable condition with ALL tags attached.

Once tags have been removed the vest can be traded in for another weight at a discounted price but cannot be refunded in full.
