Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

This is a recurring promotion, run in monthly rounds, commencing 23 July and continuing until further notice. Each round runs from the 1st to the last day of the calendar month. Span Health Pty Ltd may pause or end the promotion at any time by giving notice on this page.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over.
  • Entrants must have made a qualifying purchase of a STRYDR, RUKVEST or RUKSAK. Purchases made at any point are eligible.
  • Employees, contractors and immediate family of Span Health Pty Ltd are not eligible.
  • There is no limit to the amount of entries that may be submitted per entrant.

3. How to Enter Entrants must submit original content (photo or video) via the official entry form, showing genuine use of their purchased product. Content must be entrant's own work and not previously published elsewhere as sponsored or paid content.

4. Prizes

  • Grand Prize: refund of the full order value of the entrant's qualifying purchase, up to a maximum of $800 AUD.
  • Runner Up Prizes: 3 entrants will each receive $30 store credit, redeemable within 3 years.
  • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash unless stated.

5. Winner Selection Winners will be selected by a judging panel based on criteria such as authenticity, creativity and engagement. Selection is at the sole discretion of Span Health Pty Ltd. One Grand Prize Winner and 3 Runner(s) Up will be selected for each monthly round. Winners will be notified via email by the 5th of the following month.

6. Content Licence By entering, entrants grant Span Health Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use submitted content across marketing channels, including paid advertising, for 12 months from submission.

7. General

  • Span Health Pty Ltd reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, offensive or do not meet these terms.
  • Span Health Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
