RUKVEST Pre Order Status Updates

All preorders have been shipped. If you have not received yours, please email team@ruksak.com

27-6-25

The RUKVESTs hit the warehouse this morning and are being dispatched in the order they came in. Please bear with us while we get through the backlog. We are prioritising getting order out over adding tracking details to the system so if you haven't yet received an email it doesn't mean your order has not been dispatched. We will be updating these next week.

Final balance of payments are being taken as we gear up to ship orders once they hit our warehouse on Friday.

We have been advised that at this stage to stock will be hitting our warehouse Friday 27/6/25 ready for dispatch.

23-6-25

No further updates. Advice remains the same.

20-6-25

We have been advised RUKVESTS are due into port Monday 23/6/25. From there they will clear customs and be sent to our warehouse. We are aiming for the backorders to ship before the end of next week. 

NOTE: We will start charging the balance owing for order payments due 16 June so we can be ready to go once the vests hit the warehouse. If we haven't charged you yet don't worry, it is a time consuming process but we will be to you before they ship next week.
