Your Rucking Tool Kit
There are so many ways you could incorporate Rucking into your training tool kit.
- A supplemental mode of exercise to support PT Clients. We appreciate that PT Clients may be limited to a few sessions/ week. By programming Rucking on their “off days” clients get the strength and cardio benefits with ease of use out of the gym.
- Adding a RuckClub to your Group Fitness Timetable. This is the perfect social activity that caters to nearly all of your members. Help build your community whilst working on a great outdoor group event.
