Competition Entry

1. Promotion Overview

This promotion is conducted by RUKSAK (“the Promoter”) and provides participants with the chance to win $500 worth of RUKSAK and RUKVEST products. By entering this competition, participants agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• This competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
• Employees of RUKSAK, its affiliates, partners, or their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must complete the entry form on the designated landing page and provide their full name, email address, and phone number.
• The competition runs from 7th February 2024 to 12th February 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. Prize Details

• One winner will receive $500 worth of RUKSAK and RUKVEST products (selection at the discretion of the Promoter).
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• If the selected item(s) are unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on 12 February 2025.
• The winner will be notified via email  within 3 days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within 3 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Privacy & Data Collection

• By entering, participants consent to RUKSAK collecting and storing their personal information for the purposes of this competition.
• Participants may receive marketing emails from RUKSAK but can opt-out at any time.
• Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other factors that may impact the competition.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the winner selection process.

8. Liability

• By entering, participants release RUKSAK from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize.
